Markey’s Rental & Staging recently launched their new digital
workplace “Markey’s Backstage.” The dynamic web based platform was specifically
designed to be a tool and resource for the 220+ Markey’s employee-owners. Inside Backstage, employees can stay up-to-date with the latest company and
industry news, collaborate with each other through discussion boards and even
share documents and files.
One exciting area of Backstage is the Event Technology section
which houses resources such as technician schedules, test patterns, bump music
and even features an alphabetic index of key equipment and lists best practices
and user manuals for each piece of gear.
As a direct effect of the new platform, Markey’s expects to see an
increase in communication and collaboration between their regional and in-house
offices across the country.
