Unique Set Design Created by Markey's Rental & Staging for the Indiana Lt. Governor's Leadership Luncheon

Over 700 people attended the 5th Annual Indiana Lt. Governor’s Leadership Luncheon benefiting Girl Scouts of Central Indiana held on November 12, 2013 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom.  The luncheon honored four deserving women:  Elaine E. Bedel, President and Owner of Bedel Financial Consulting, Inc.;  Judy O’Bannon, Host and Producer of Communities Building Community on WFYI; Shanel Poole, Executive Director of G.L.A.M., Inc. and Rabbi Sandy Eisenberg Sasso, Rabbi Emerita of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck.

Markey’s Rental & Staging worked with Maribeth Smith & Associates to create a unique set design for the annual luncheon.  WATCHOUT Presentation Software was used for the two (2) projector blend to showcase videos and graphics on a 9’x27’ center screen. In addition to the center screen, two (2) 9’ x 16’ screens were flown.  A plasma lectern featured an event graphic that incorporated the luncheon theme.   Not only was technology used for theming purposes but it was evident throughout the luncheon with the use of the color green, Girl Scouts in attendance playing critical roles, and the Trefoil Girl Scouts cookie featured in the dessert.
