After several months of planning and collaboration, the Wyndham Exchange & Rentals Q2 Global Town Hall was held on June 8th at Resort Condominiums International (RCI) in Indianapolis, Indiana. RCI was recently named one of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s “Top Places to Work in Indiana” for the third year in a row, making the Town Hall a celebratory event as well. All 1,200 RCI employees were treated to a motivational and information-filled Town Hall, with Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, serving as the keynote speaker.
The technical details: Markey’s Rental & Staging provided consultation services, set design, screens, projection, lighting, sound, and recording services in addition to a technical crew. The multi-dimensional set design served as the focal point of the outdoor meeting space, which was a 134’ ClearSpan tent with air conditioning. Created in layers, the set’s back layer was a cyc wall uplit with stage bars, while the second layer featured a floating screen. Finally, a hard set design created a unique frame around that set that served as a foundation for various projected images. Two (2) 15’ x 20’ screens completed the impressive set. This visual design, combined with the impressive audio clarity that you can only find with Vertec Line Array Speaker Cabinets, granted Wyndham the capability to project a phenomenal amount of energy and excitement for this event, exactly the mood that was desired for this occasion.
