Markey's Rental & Staging Hires Training Coordinator

Angie LeBlanc was hired as a full-time training coordinator on April 5th, 2012.  She came to Markey's with over 10 years of training experience, over half of those years with Apple, Inc.

While Markey's has always had training for our technicians, as our company has grown and technology has quickly changed in the audiovisual industry, our need for regular, scheduled technician education has become important to maintaining our high level of customer service.  Angie came to Markey's and jumped right in, identifying training needs and scheduling classes.  Angie also coordinates the instruction for  staff members in other departments, including managers and rental consultants, on everything from "best use" of products, to customer service, to Outlook training.  Surveys given after instruction help her assess how to improve the class for the next time it is offered.

In her free time, Angie enjoys reading and playing video games, and has been a literacy tutor for Indy Reads for over two years.  She is also on her neighborhood’s Revitalization committee and has a strong interest in historic preservation.
